Inthira Vangvieng Hotel Vang Vieng, Vang Vieng

I loved the views from my room's private balcony overlooking the river and karst mountains, but the lack of soundproofing in the morning and the dim lighting were a bit disappointing. The service was top-notch with friendly staff going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The central location by the Mekong river was simply unbeatable, offering easy access to great dining options. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that even had me dining in-house one night. The facilities were great, though a bit pricey for what's on offer.

The hotel is in a central and walkable location with a lovely view of the river and mountains in the background.
